When brothers Thuat Bui and Viet Duong joined to establish Cafelancer in 2007, the Internet was changing everything, and they wanted to help lead the charge by creating a new kind of web consulting firm where:

- quality is valued over growth;
- clients are respected (and are expected to reciprocate);
- integrity and authenticity are required;
- hard work and commitment is rewarded;
- measurable results matter most; and
- staffers feel like family (and they actually love coming to work).
So, they did.
After nearly a decade of success, we’re pumped to be continuing our organic growth — in our HCMC, headquarters, and HN office (and beyond!)—to keep helping our clients and staff achieve remarkable success.
But, as rewarding as our history has been, it’s the future we’re most excited about. We’re just getting started.
